Dapoxetine, marketed as Vriligy is a medication used for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men 18 to 64 years old. Dapoxetine works by inhibiting the serotonin transporter, increasing serotonin's action at the post synaptic cleft, and as a consequence promoting ejaculatory delay.

Dapoxetine tablets are short acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used specifically for the treatment of premature ejaculation. Dosage:

The recommended starting dose for all patients is 30 mg, taken as needed approximately 1 to 3 hours prior to physical activity. Treatment with Vriligy should not be initiated with the 60 mg dose.
